2 Bedrooms, 2 Bath, Refrigerated Air, Fireplace in Living Room, All Tile Floors, Washer and Dryer Hookup, Small Backyard, NO PETS. For more information, please go to www.lascruces-propertymanagement.com and submit an application. If you are applying with anyone, they must apply as well. If roommates are applying, keep in mind that each one of you must qualify—not as a group but individually. We schedule viewings from the applications received. You do not pay the $50.00 application fee unless you want to be approved as a tenant after viewing the property. If a property allows pets, we limit the number to 2, charge a Pet Fee (NO Aggressive Breeds accepted), and require approval through PetScreening. We also require Renters Insurance at all properties.
